Stephen Bailly · Founder & Bookkeeper
I didn't start Bailly Books because I had a five-year plan.
I started it because I needed a way forward.
I was unemployed, broke, and trying to figure out what came next. Somewhere along the way, I realized that I had a knack for taking complicated, messy information and turning it into something people could actually understand.
So I started learning. Then I started helping people. Then I started building systems. And eventually, Bailly Books became a real business.
I'm not here to pretend that I have every answer. I don't. What I do have is a willingness to dig into the messy stuff, ask the questions that need asking, explain what the numbers actually mean, and find the right person when something falls outside my expertise.
That's also why Bailly Books exists.
Small organizations, artists, nonprofits, and creative businesses often don't have the resources for a giant finance department. They still deserve books they can trust, financial information they can understand, and someone who treats their work like it matters.
I want Bailly Books to be that person in your corner.
